Band Bio = Shadow and Ash was formed in January of 2012 when after an exhaustive search Roman, Mario and Scott finally found the vocalist they had been searching in Reva Grey. Roman and Scott had first met several years earlier while both were self-exiled to Southern, New Mexico. They realized an instant musical bond which would come to life in 2009 when the two of them formed Flatcar with Jason Ward (now of Sad Baby Wolf and also formerly of BigDamnCrazyWeight) and began playing around Albuquerque. In late 2011 Roman, Scott and bassist Mario decided to start a new project together and combine the beauty of female vocals with the heavy sound of psychedelic guitar and heavy rhythms. The vision was realized when Reva Grey came into the picture, bringing not only her powerful, crystal clear voice but also her personal and introspective lyrics to the mix. 2012 will see Shadow and Ash hitting the stage and the airwaves with the same relentless nature that is expressed in the music.
